A new apartment development could be in the works in downtown Hollywood. The Calta Group recently purchased the site located at 2215-2239 Hollywood Blvd for $9.5 million.

The 1.6-acre site was sold by Hollywood Construction & Development LLC which is managed by Joseph Horn of Miami. The same company purchased the site just late year in May 2021 for $7.7 million. Read More
