Igor Blatnik has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In the 1990s, Igor was one of the first development professionals to blend European sophistication with American customer service and reliability in its most coveted markets.

Understanding that market trends increasingly dictate that experiences sell and are valued; Igor parlayed that knowledge to each single family luxury home. He believed in offering amenities that reflect today’s lifestyle – gyms, saunas, screening rooms, and multifunctional spaces, allowing for a life well lived.

Igor’s hospitality consulting background includes exclusive private clubs, restaurants, and hotels around the world in design, service, and operations to maximize guest services and experiences. Additionally, he brings his unique knowledge and vision to the company, by finding high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our residential and commercial clients.

Igor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in economics from Northeastern University. He currently lives in Morningside with his wife, daughter and son.
