Revv is the first multifamily property in Broward County for the Coral Gables-based developer, who purchased the property in 2022 for $9.5 million with plans to reinterpret Hollywood apartment living with a fresh new concept. The groundbreaking for the 1.6-acre property comes from a $60 million construction loan by BridgeInvest, obtained in April. Designed by Miami-based Borges Architects + Associates, the 180-unit complex is located just a few blocks from Young Circle and its park, a highly desirable factor for residents of all ages.
